I accept Aetna, Optum, United HealthCare, Regence, Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, and Select Health, Carelon, Cigna and Evernorth, Quest Behavioral Health in Utah.

If I do not accept your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill that you can offer to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

$150 for individual therapy and coaching sessions.

I do offer a sliding scale.
